Elite & Summit Camps
-
ELITE camps are geared towards players who love the sport of ringette and desire to improve their skill. These camps are for U9 through U16, and are a great stepping stone for those considering playing at a competitive level. Each camp runs from Monday to Friday and consists of up to 10 on-ice instruction periods. In addition, players will participate in off-ice fitness and dryland as well as in-class strategy sessions. Each camp offers challenges and games throughout the week.

SUMMIT camps offer training geared towards high-level competition. These camps are for U12 Provincial and U14 A/AA through U16 A/AA players. Each camp runs from Monday to Friday and consists of 12 on-ice instruction periods. In addition, players will participate in challenging off-ice fitness and dryland as well as in-depth classroom teaching sessions. Coaches will make use of video analysis for optimal on-ice game execution. Summit camps emphasize game sense, creativity, and performance excellence.
Camp Operation
-
For the most part, camps will be made up of at least two different groups. Groups are determined on the basis of age and ability.
-
-
With a focus on individual improvement, each group will have no more than 26 members. This helps coaches to effectively engage with and monitor each group member.
-
-
Camps are always Monday - Friday. Each day begins at 8:00am and ends at 4:00pm. A detailed schedule of each camp with finalized times is set to each participant 5-10 days prior to the start of the camp.
Registration
-
Some groups fill up in the first week of registration. When a group is full, registrants will have the option to be put on a waitlist. Oftentimes, if the waitlist is big enough, warranting a potential new group, and if ice is available, Peak will create an additional group to accommodate waitlisted registrants.
