Service Description
Date: Monday March 16th-Friday March 20th, 2026 Location: Kitchener, @ Activa Sportsplex, 135 Lennox Lewis Way, Kitchener, ON N2C 0A3 A camp targeted to refine skills leading into tryouts with a combination of ice, fitness, classroom and fun off ice activities!" Camp Operation Camp will be Monday March 16th - Friday March 20th, 2026. Camp will generally begin at 9:00AM and end at 3:00PM. A detailed schedule for the camp with finalized times is sent to each participant 5-10 days prior to the start of the camp.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • Cancellations received prior to February 1st will be fully refunded less a $100 administration fee. • Cancellations received after February 1st will not be refunded. • Cancellations due to illnesses/injuries, with a valid physician’s note, will be refunded less a $100 administration fee at any time. Camp Cancellation Policy Each group within the camp has a minimum and maximum number of participants and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. The spot is officially reserved as soon as the payment is cleared. Peak reserves the right to add, modify, omit, and otherwise change any or all of the categories in the website when deemed in the best interest of the participants. Peak reserves the right to modify, postpone, or combine groups and to cancel camps. A full refund will be issued for camps cancelled by Peak. Use of Electronic Policy The use of cell phones, tablets, and cameras is prohibited in dressing rooms. We strongly recommend that participants refrain from bringing electronics to the camps. Peak is not responsible for the loss or theft of items. Behaviour Policy There is zero tolerance for any bullying/teasing/hazing of any kind throughout the duration of this camp. If a participant engages in this type of behaviour, the participant will be warned and the parents of those involved will be notified. If the behaviour persists, the participant will be asked not to return to camp and will not receive a refund. Dressing Room Policy Male parents must remain outside dressing rooms. Instructors will be available to help participants with tying skates, snapping helmets, etc. Late Sign-out and Pick-up Parents of participants will be charged $5 for every 10 minutes they are late, payable by cash only.
